Suzzanne has a passion for inspiring people to turn their dreams and ambitions into reality, drawing personal strength from a solid background of 25 years within key business management roles and a rainbow of life experiences. Suzzanne is driven to live an authentic, fulfilled life that has inspired many others to do the same. She holds a number of national qualifications in coaching, workplace… assessment and training.
She founded and directed Laidlaw (Aust) Pty Ltd, (1989 -2003) becoming the catalyst to her focus today on Business Coaching, Wellness and Life Balance.
Australian Medical Association (WA) asked Suzzanne in the late 80′s to be founder and Manager of the first Medical Employment Agency for Doctors in Western Australia. Suzzanne successfully ran the business from start up and left some years later to start a family. AMA (WA) Recruit is still a large going concern.
Suzzanne & her husband David have been happily married for over 28 years, so commitment is no stranger. Over the past 5 years Suzzanne has coached many individuals, business owners, managers & CEO’s to achieve their goals & beyond.
Suzzanne has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and has been coaching small business, executive coaching and sports coaching for the past 10 years, holding business owners accountable to their goals and commitment. At last count, Suzzanne has coached over 300 individuals reach their goals and beyond.
