As of December I'll have two queen-sized bedrooms available to rent in a 3x2 new townhouse in the heart of Innaloo. Rooms are $180-200pw each, bills not included. Wifi is available :)
Both bedrooms have BIR, and you'd share a large and spacious bathroom between the two of you.
House is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs along with a study nook, and fully airconditioned. Downstairs there's another study room, WC and laundry, dining room, kitchen and lounge. Paved courtyard perfect for summer evening drinks with friends. Plenty of supply closets.
One spot available in the garage if required, otherwise there's a spot just outside the house, and plenty of street parking.
The townhouse is new, in a group of 3, and is situated about a few minutes drive from Karrinyup shops, Innaloo shops, Innaloo restaurant and takeout strip, The Saint, Event Cinemas, and the freeway/train station. Plenty of public transport. Surrounded by parks and just down the road from Lake Gwelup for a lovely morning run. About 5mins drive to Scarborough Beach as well!
I'm a female medical student, very neat and tidy. I enjoy cooking and baking, eating healthy, doing sport, and going to the gym. I have a medium-sized Greyhound X dog who is absolutely gorgeous and is a very handy guard dog ;))
I'm looking for two female housemates who are neat and tidy, friendly and social but understand that this isn't a party house, and who love dogs.
